Hello and Welcome to aresonlinetips. A 100% independent racing blog brought to you by two racing enthusiasts from either end of the British Isles. Charlie hails from Glasgow, while Rich is from the Isle of Wight. Miles apart but united by the sport of kings….

We had a few days away to let the dust settle and the cards were very uninspiring, so we decided to wait for something we liked to run instead of just tipping for the sake of it.. Sometimes it’s best to keep ya cash in your wallet!

Charlie has his usual selections, while Rich will have the Final Word…..

Newcastle All-weather
Newcastle All-weather track

Charlie –

Always And Forever -Was 2nd in a Class 1 listed race at Newmarket over 1m 4f back in August, has failed to capitalise on that since finishing 4th at York in another Class 1 listed race over 1m 4f and finished 7th at Galway over 1m 4f. Latest race at Bath was another Class 1 listed race over 1m 4f and finished 4th again, this suggests that Always And Forever has found its level but a chance Is taken that handicap debut on the all-weather will spark a revival of form.

Pike Corner Cross -Non Runner sadly there is no replacement.

Thello -Has placed 3rd twice and 2nd once in Class 5 handicaps at Redcar and Newcastle over 6f. Steps up to 7f here and that looks favorable considering was caught late here last time out and has won here before over 1m to 1m 2f and a bold show can’t be ruled out.

Well that’s my thoughts on today’s selections, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will now hand you back over to Rich for The Final Word.
