Charlie’s Saturday Selection’s –

.Previous course and distance winner who had been holding it’s form until two below par efforts recently at York when finishing 8th over 1m 6f in a Class 1 listed race on the 16th June. Next race was here on the 21st July in another Class 1 listed race and finished 6th and was hampered at a crucial point in that race and can gain compensation here if getting a clear passage.

.Has won twice and was a short head 2nd from last 3 races, both wins came over today’s distance and the short head 2nd was over 6f. Although all-weather form isn’t great the horse is in good form and if replicating the runs shown at Leicester and Ascot should be enough to take this race.

.Has placed 2nd twice at Hamilton and Ripon over 1m 4f before winning over the same distance at Pontefract on the 29th July, has a good draw and although is penalised for latest win is still below it’s Mark as it has won off 10lb heavier in the past.

Well that’s my thoughts on today’s selections, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will now hand you back over to Rich for The Final Word.
