Welcome to arseonlinetips, a 100% Independent racing blog brought to you from two racing enthusiasts from either end of the British Isles, From Glasgow to the Isle of Wight…
What a start to the month, Charlie landing 2 winners from 3 selections & even Final Word had a winner( one, but one is a number!) I will let Charlie give you the details, but let’s just say…. It was very profitable!
Standard blog, Charlie’s Selection’s…. Rich Final Word…. Let’s crack on –
Charlie’s Results –
Great start to the month yesterday landing 2 winners from 3 selections again, I know we don’t post every bet placed as that would be time consuming and boring for all you to read, but we do back our own selections as proved in the image above, anyway that’s enough about yesterday let’s crack on with today’s runners.
.Was 4th at Ripon in May over 5f in a Class 5 Apprentice Handicap, was then sent to Bath at the start of June to partake in another Class 5 Handicap over 5f and won. Latest race saw Big lachie almost replicate that previous win when running out a narrow 2nd to Tawaafoq at Brighton over 5f in another Class 5 Handicap. Has crept back up the weights due to last two runs, is in great form at the moment and would be no surprise if he went in again here.
.Hasnt won for some time now and has slipped to a workable mark,Was 3rd at Chester recently off this mark and a return here is a positive as has previously won here 3 times. Jock claims 3lb and that should help his chances here with another bold display looking likely.
.Dissapointed run here last time out when slow going scuppered his chances, the fast ground forecast for today will be more suitable and if repeating the form shown at Newmarket previously is replicated here that could be enough to take this race.
Well that’s my thoughts on today’s selections, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will now hand you over to Rich for The Final Word.
Rich’s Final Word –
Not the best day I personally have ever had, but not the worst & it was fantastic to start the new month the way he had been in June… Long may it continue, I best pull my finger out!
There is one All Weather meeting tomorrow at Wolverhampton and I quite like one in the 2.45 Novice Stakes, C5 for 2yo Only over 7f. A nice Bungleinthejungle Colt called Water Diviner for Richard Hannon. Beaten by a neck on debut over 7f at Chelmsford on June 20th. He will win before too soon & I hope it’s today
Of the two evening meeting’s I have one from each….
I will start at Hamilton, where there is a race course debut for the Brother of Havana Grey. A Havana Gold colt called Havana Ooh Na Na(yeah you can sing it too!) Trained by Karl Burke and runs in the 6.45 C4 Novice Stakes for 2yo Only over5f 7y, could be one to note!
And last, but by no means least, we head to Windsor for the 8.00 C3 Handicap over 1m 2f, where Jus Pires makes his seasonal return. The Scat Daddy GELDING(Gelded during off season) starts his 4yo campaign at the scene of his last start. He won here over C/D back in October by a nose& is raised one for that win and now makes seasonal bow!
That is all for today folks. Have you read our latest Interview with Simon Rowlands, an Interesting man within the racing industry…
