Yesterday was a day to forget for us here at arseonlinetips & while we can only apologise, we will endeavour to put thing’s right today….

Welcome to arseonlinetips, a 100% Independent racing blog from Charlie & Rich…. Charlie has his Thursday Thumpers, while Rich is back with his Nap and Final Word, so we best start walking, as it’s a long way to Tipperary……

Charlie – unfortunately the 3 selections I put up yesterday lost and to be honest, my form at the moment is shocking, as I haven’t been able to get any momentum going since landing the Oaks and the Derby. Hopefully will get back to normal before the weekend and on that note please find today’s selections listed below.

2018-06-14-07-43-37

Stynes -Has been in great form since going chasing winning 3 from 5 over the larger obstacles, although hasn’t been seen on the flat since winning at Brighton over 1m 4f in September 2016 and is now 9lb heavier but still remains on a workable mark considering it’s raced over further when chasing.

Win Advised

.

Spice War -Has placed 3rd in last two starts at Windsor and Haydock over 1m 3f and 1m 2f. Gets first time headgear and if taking to that could easily get a well deserved win today.

Win Advised

.

Moi Aussie -Made it 3 wins from 5 runs at this track last month scoring over course and distance. Although was disappointing here last week over 1m drops back to 7f today and is only 2lb higher than previous win mark. Another bold display looks likely and gets my vote as the likeliest winner here.

.

Well that’s my thoughts on today’s selections, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will now hand you over to Rich for his Nap and the Final Word.

Rich’s Nap – Newbury – 3.30 – Handicap – Class 4 – 1m

Dourado – 3 wins last season, all over 7f including at this course. Returned to action at Goodwood on May 25th over 7f, when narrowly beaten runner up by a neck. Sir Titan was the victor that day and has since won again. Now Dourado steps up in trip – 7/1

Rich’s Final Word –

This will possibly feel like a Sea the Stars love in today, although it is not intentional…. We will start at Newbury with the 1.20, where the Class 4 Novice Stakes for 2 year olds over 6f 110y. Richard Hannon sends two very nicely bred sorts for this race. Neverland Rocks is a No Nay Never Colt, who cost 480,000 euros as a yearling and his Dam is half sister to Havana Gold, while his other runner is a Sea the Stars Filly, Star Terms who is half sister to Her Terms. Both make race course debut…..

The 1.50 Fillies’ Novice Stakes, Class 4 for 3 year olds over 1m see’s another Sea the Stars entrant. The filly called Solar Gold, who was a beaten 3 lengths on debut over 7f at this course on April 20th, before finishing 3rd last time out over 1m at Windsor on May 21st by 3 & 3/4 lengths, with runner up that day, Pair of White Socks has since won…..

And yet another Sea the Stars(yeah I know!!) is Sea of Class, the STS filly, who won a Listed race last time out runs at 2.55, in the Abingdon Stakes, Class 1 Listed over 1m 2f. She was a C/D winner on May 19th and the runner up, Athena has since won. William Haggas’ charge will be hard to beat and is likely to go off odds on!

No more Sea the Stars today, you have my word on that….. I have a couple of debutants for you… At Yarmouth, 2.30 Fillies’ Maiden, 2YO Only, class 5 over 6f & 3y, we have a Oasis Dream Filly called Swiss Air. A half sister to Swiss Dream for William Haggas’ …..

Ans finally at Haydock, 7.25 Novice Stakes, Class 4 for 2 YO Only over 7f see’s the debut of Dombra, who is a Frankel Colt. His Dam Chigun was a Group 3 winner. These two are certainly one for the notebook as are the two mentioned at 1.20…..

Thanks for popping by, we really appreciate your support….

All the Best – Charlie & Rich
