Exeter Racecourse

Yesterday was, well yesterday! PN between, not one but TWO Willie Mullins’ horses, which was a little frustrating and then there was TWO winners from Final Word, which ended the day quite nicely from that perspective! But were still here, fighting another day and we have another full Blog…. PN Choices, Charlie’s Sunday Service(amen) and Final Word. So let’s crack on…..

Now let’s hand you over to Charlie, who will lead you through his Sunday Service and Deliver you his results from Yesterday…. I will see you all for Final Word….

Cheers Rich, lets kick things off with Saturday’s results listed below.

Duke Des Champs -Was 3rd and therefore a loss.

Ulis De Vassy -Was 3rd and was another loss.

Northandsouth -Again was 3rd and yet another loss.

.Not the day I was hoping for but that’s racing for you, sometimes it just doesn’t drop properly. We move forward and selections for Sunday are listed below.

Gentleman Jon -Was a fair 3rd last time out at Newbury over 2m 6f in a Class 2 Chase, has been raised 5lb for that and could still grab a place at least here.

Eachway Advised

Folsom Blue -Won at Clonmel 3 starts back over 3m, but has placed 4th the last twice at Navan over 2m 6f and at Sandown over 2m 7f. Makes chase debut off a lenient mark and at 13-2 is worth an Eachway play.

Eachway Advised

Finaghy Ayr -Won a Class 2 handicap Chase at Carlisle over 3m back In December, then was sent here in January to contest a Class 4 Handicap Chase over 3m and came 2nd. Could go one better today over similar going and looks the one to side with in this slightly easier race.

Win Advised

Well that’s my thoughts on Sunday’s selections, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will hand  you back over to Rich for The Final Word.

Final Word –

This part of the blog delivered a couple of winners, with Woolstone One and Acey Milan both winning very well, Acey Milan is one to note for sure…. A reminder of the write up is included below….

I only have TWO for you today… Over at Punchestown, the Mullins’/Ricci team have another hot pot called Kesselring(2.10) who was purchased from Richard Hannon. Finished 4th on Hurdle debut at this course over 2m and now steps up to 2m 4f. The 2nd and 3rd from debut race have both since won and now tackles Listed company.

While back at Exeter, Ramses De Teille(4.10) runs in a Class 2 Graduation Chase over 3m. This is only the 4th chase start, having won TWO from the first 3 and finishing runner up under a penalty on his second start. A 17 length winner on Chase debut, Runner up next time before landing a Class 3,  4 runner race from Get on Ya Yager at Chepstow by 7 lengths. Both are Likely to go off very short odds and that is why they missed the PN Cut!
