Sadly the Friday PN could only finish runner up, while there was a non runner and the final choice was Unplaced…. Still there’s plenty to look forward too and it’s a Saturday. Which Saturday it is, we will see in time! So let’s crack on ……

Peoples Nap Choices

Lingfield(AW) – Standard

12.05 – Handicap – Class 4 – 3YO Only – 1m 1y

Rusper – 5 length forth on debut at Wolverhampton over 1m in a Class 4 Maiden back in September. Freshened up with a break before returning in mid November. Winning over C/D by a short head before heading to Kempton(AW) in a Class 5 Novice Stakes, winning again by a short head from Sod’s Law. Steps up in class on handicap debut, with an opening mark of 84 – 11/4

Chepstow – Heavy

1.00 – Novice Handicap Chase – Class 3 – 2m 7f 131y

Pure Vision – 7YO Milan Gelding, who won two hurdle contest’s before going Chasing this season. Fell on debut on November 15th at Exeter, before going on to win just 9 days later in a Ffos Las Class 4 Novice Chase by 3/4’s of a length on incredibly heavy ground over 2m 4f. A hurdle winner over 2m 7f on final hurdle start – 11/4

Sandown – Heavy

Tolworth Novice Hurdle – Grade 1 Class 1 – 1m 8f

Kalashnikov – Won on only NH Flat start back in March 2017 at Wetherby by 2 lengths over 2m. Returned over hurdles in early November with a 10 length win, again at Wetherby in a Class 3 Novice Hurdle from Al Shahir before dropping in class to land a Doncaster Class 4 Novice Hurdle over 2m by 10 lengths. Massive step up in class – 15/8

PN Result – Olaudah – Runner up, close but no cookies today!

Final Word with Rich & Charlie

Rich – I have a couple that didn’t make the PN choices, both run within 10 minute’s of each other…. Famous Milly(1.35) heads over from Ireland to Chepstow, hoping to repeat her win at Aintree in a Fillies’ Class 1 Listed 2m 11y Hurdle in today’s Grade 1 Juvenile Hurdle. Runner up to Mitchouka on Hurdle debut before landing the Listed contest at Aintree by 17 lengths on heavy ground, runs from bottom weight

And then we head to Lingfield for a Class 3 Handicap over 1m 2f where Easy Tiger(1.45) who was a Two length runner up at this course to Goring, when stepped up from 7f to 1m last time out. Winner has since won a Class 2 contest while 3rd place Maratha has also since won. Steps up in class and the extra 2 furlongs should bring further improvement, as was running on over 1m last time.

Over to Charlie now, who will fill you in on a couple that has caught his eye…

Cheers Rich, let’s get straight down to my 2 runners to note.

Charlie – Chepstow 2.05 Vintage Clouds 12-1 comes into this race in good form having Won at Aintree in a Class 3 Novice Chase over 3m on heavy going, Haydock was next and although was 2nd in a Class 2 Chase over 2m 5f I thought the trip was a bit on the short side but done really well to get into contention. Was 3rd when last tried at today’s trip back in February last year at Haydock. Skybet are paying 6 places in this race and an Eachway bet looks attractive with them.

Sandown 3.00 Cloudy Too 15-2 comes into this race in good shape, although was 5th in this race last year, has been dropped considerably by the handicapper even though the 3rd place at Haydock last time out over 3m 1f hinted of a return to form. I feel there is still a decent race left in this 12yr old and today’s conditions will suit and again have used skybet for this race and have covered the Eachway double on both. Please remember these aren’t tips just a personal bet I have placed and shared with you guys.

Please remember these are notes & not included in our P/L unlike the PN!!!!

Thanks for popping by folks

All the Best – Charlie & Rich
