I mentioned a while back that Charlie wasn’t getting any luck, well I hope he hasn’t used it up already…. I will leave to Charlie to explain later…. It’s fantastic to get more than 1 winner in the bag, but 3 in one day….. Onwards and Upwards…..

PN Result(Wednesday) – Silk Cravat – WON – Evens SP
Sadly NO Final Word today, so I will pass you to Charlie, who will take you through yesterday’s results and today’s runners….. Cheers Rich, let’s get straight down to Wednesday’s Results listed below :
Whiskey Chaser -Won as expected advised at 4-1 returned at 17-2
Koybig -Won as expected advised at 2-1 returned at 9-10
Latchet -Could only manage 3rd and was a loss.
.Great to finally get back amongst the winners, after last month’s disaster. Hopefully add to that with Thursday’s selections listed below.
Pink Gin -Was a fair 2nd last time out at Ffos Las in a handicap Chase over 2m 7f, the experience of that race will do no harm going into this race and with the seasonal return behind him now looks to build on that here and has a good chance if market leaders under perform.
Towering -Won at Uttoxeter in October in a Class 5 handicap hurdle over 2m 3f on soft ground, went to Carlisle next in a Class 4 handicap hurdle over 2m 3f on heavy ground and finished 2nd, latest race was at Southwell in a Class 4 handicap hurdle over 2m 4f on heavy ground and finished 4th. I feel you can draw a line through last two runs although did really well on unfavourable ground. The main threat is Christmas in April from Nicky Henderson’s yard and if he doesn’t turn up then Towering can take advantage and at 16-1 is worth an eachway shout.
Midnight Gem -Finished 2nd last time out at Huntingdon in a Class 4 Novice Chase over 2m 7f, races off same mark here and can get involved again in a similar type of affair.
Well that’s my thoughts on Thursday’s selections good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket.
