What can we say about Monday? Meh! There were some winners & some losers…. But you have to dust yourself down & put it behind you, so let’s look at Today’s choices –

PN Result – Banditry – 2nd …….

I shall pass you on to Charlie, who will give you the low down on Today’s selections & Monday’s results –

Cheers Rich, let’s get straight down to Monday’s Results :

Adrrastos -Was 3rd and therefore a loss.

Altaria -Didn’t run as expected finishing last and was a loss.

Gilmer -Finished 6th and was another loss.

.Dissapointing day with all 3 selections losing, hopefully get back on track with Tuesday’s selections listed below.

Charlie’s Selections

Goodnight Girl – Was 3rd at Newmarket in August and then was 2nd at Salisbury in September both over 6f, sets the standard here and looks the most likely winner.

Win Advised

Placebo Effect -Has 3 wins and 3 places from last 6 runs including 2 soft ground sellers races in July over 6 and 7f. Placed 3rd in next race at Thirsk over 6f in August. Then went to Musselburgh and raced over 7f in a Class 6 handicap and was victorious again. Latest 3rd at Doncaster last week over 7f on soft ground was impressive considering it was 2lb out of the handicap, races off a more realistic mark today and looks primed for another bold display.

Win Advised

Short Work -Made all for David O’meara on debut at Pontefract in August over 6f, was then sent to York and finished 3rd over 7f in a Class 4 apprentice handicap. Races off same mark here and looks the one to be on.

.Well that’s my thoughts on Tuesday’s races, good luck if following and please remember to keep stakes small so it doesn’t hurt your pocket. I will pass you back over to Rich for his final word.

Rich’s Final Word

Gutted that the PN finished 2nd, thought I was going to get a full house of choices with the other two winning. I must mention the ride Richard Johnson gave Wait for me at Worcester, absolutely top notch & that is the reason he is the Champion Jockey. I will keep this short & sweet today…

A couple of  worth noting are Natheer(2.10 Chepstow) looking to build on a debut runner up spot at Kempton(AW) for Roger Varian & a debut for Mutaaqeb at Yarmouth(2.00) , who is related to Hajeer, Jim Crowley rides for Owen Burrows.

The only other I have noted is of interest, Harvey’s Hope, once rated 125 back in November 2012 over hurdles, makes stable debut at 11YO & has not ran for nearly 2 years. Is a C/D winner at Redcar(4.30) & had been running over 2m 4f to 3m previously, could be interesting….

Good luck folks, remember if you follow, only bet what you can afford to lose, if not just watch…. Cheers Charlie & Rich
