Was not to be for yesterday’s Peoples Nap selection Queen of Kalahari, finishing well down the field….. Let’s see what Wednesday’s choices are –

Peoples Nap Choices

Brighton- Good

2.20 – Novice Stakes – Class 5 – 2YO Only -7f

Tadleel – 8th on debut in a class 4 maiden over 6f at Newbury, upped to 7f on 2nd run at Newmarket in a class 4 Novice race, winning by 1/2 a length, now drops back to Class 5 company – 7/4

Bath – Good

3.30 – Handicap – Class 3 – 1m 2f 37y

Anythingtoday – 2nd to Intrepidly by a neck in a Windsor class 4 1m 2f contest at the start of July before winning a Newmarket class 3 handicap by 1/2 a length, Dark Red was 3rd that day & finished a head 2nd in a Goodwood class 2 last week – 9/4

4.30 – Handicap – Class 6 – 3YO Only – 1m

Heart of Gold – Although still a maiden, has improved for each run in handicap’s, 2nd last time out beaten 1/2 a length in a class 6 1m 7y handicap , 3rd has since in a class handicap – 7/2

No Final Word today….. But be sure to look on Thursday……  Now over to Charlie for this thoughts…..

Dark Blue – Finished 7th and is a loss.

Italian Riviera – Finished 4th and was another loss.

Kharbetation – Tailed off and was another loss.

. A frustrating day with all 3 of my selections losing, hopefully get back on track with Wednesday’s selections listed below.

Lord Clenaghcastle – Was a fair 2nd here over 6f on the 4th July, before winning at Epsom 16 days later up in distance and class today and if building on last two runs could be the one to beat in this race.

Kasperenko – Non Runner no replacement.

Tarboosh – Has won Two from last 3 races since wind ophas been raised 6lbs for that and a repeat of that can’t be ruled out here.
